Very thorough job and very nice and respectful. Listened to concerns about condensation we've observed this summer. Didn't find any leaks, however did advise we would need separate appt to check over heat exchanger unit and pan underneath, which may be where liquid is coming from. We will call if we notice this again. Our appt window was 10-12. Our usually 30 min call ahead before the tech arrived didn't happen this appt, which is helpful to put the dogs up before arrival. We did get a call at 11:20 advising tech was running a little late - he arrived around 12:25.
